Dr. Jonathan Hurst received his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington in Seattle and received his Medical Doctorate from the University of Washington School of Medicine. He completed his Internship at the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA), followed by his Residency in Internal Medicine and Fellowship in Gastroenterology, also at UCLA. Dr. Hurst is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, the American Gastroenterological Association, the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, and past president of the Tacoma Academy of Internal Medicine. Dr. Hurst enjoys golf, baseball, skiing, the theatre and arts, and travel.
