Dr. Steven Alabaster received his undergraduate from Memphis State University. He received his Medical Doctorate and did his Internship at the University of Tennessee School of Medicine in Memphis. He started his Residency training in Emergency Medicine at Los Angeles County Hospital/University of Southern California and completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Los Angeles. His Fellowship in Gastroenterology was completed at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. Dr. Alabaster is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He is a member of the American Gastroenterological Association, the American College of Gastroenterology, and the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. Dr. Alabaster enjoys spending family time with his wife and two children, classical music, bicycling, basketball, and long days at the cabin.
