Dr. F. Dennis Waldron, founder of Digestive Health Specialists, formed the first gastroenterology practice in Tacoma, Washington in 1972. Over the years, Dr. Waldron grew his practice by adding more gastroenterologists and locations throughout South Puget Sound in Covington, Federal Way, Auburn, Downtown Puyallup, Sunrise Puyallup and Gig Harbor. In nearly 40 years of service, Digestive Health Specialists has become a leader in the treatment of digestive diseases and advanced diagnostic procedures such as colonoscopy and endoscopy.

Our goal is to provide patients with the best comprehensive care for all their digestive health needs and deliver effective treatment for colon cancer, acid reflux disease, hemorrhoids and other disorders of the digestive system.
